Court Reporting Network Evaluation
A CRN is a Court Reporting Network evaluation. This appointment is a condition of bond and mandate of Pennsylvania. This appointment is initially scheduled by District Justices. The cost of the CRN is $75 cash with a $10 rescheduling fee which increases with each missed appointment. The CRN appointment will result in a computer generated profile which becomes a part of the court order. The profile will list specific conditions which the offender must complete.
Alcohol Highway Safety School
Pennsylvania mandates a 12.5 – 15 hour educational component for individuals charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI). Registration for AHSS may be completed at the time of the Court Reporting Network (CRN) appointment. The two options for the classes are: three consecutive Monday evenings or one Weekend class (Friday evening and all-day Saturday).
Rescheduling classes may result in extended license suspension. The Cost is $225 per class option if arrested in Indiana County and $250 for out of county arrest transfers. Individuals may only reschedule one time and the class date must occur within six months. If an individual is non-compliant they are responsible for a $40.00 rescheduling fee and they must pay for the classes prior to being scheduled.
